Michelle R. earned her BA Degree in Education from the University Interamericana of Puerto Rico. is a Florida Certified Behavioral Health Case Manager Supervisor and a Certified Telehealth Practitioner. She has over 17 yrs of experience working with Children and Adults with wide range of mental health diagnosis. She is a advocate at heart. She is a softball coach for Special Olympics which she enjoys very much since her youngest son has been diagnosed with Autism, she has made it her passion to assist families with these wide range of challenges also. She manages and assist our team staff with all our needs, has an open-door policy for the team and makes sure all our backgrounds work together to help support your mental health goals in a professional way.
Raisha R. earned her MA degree in Social Work Services from the University Interamericana of Puerto Rico; and she is in the process of obtaining her Certification for Behavioral Health Case manager here in FL. She has several years of experience working with families with severely emotionally disturbed children and adults with severe and persistent mental health disorders, Assess client needs in their environment and link to appropriate resources. Work with client to formulate and execute individualized service plans. Monitor delivery of services on a continuous basis. She enjoys working with children.
Sophia R. earned her BA degree in Human Services from the University Anchorage, Alaska; and she is a Certified Behavioral Health Case Manager. She has 20 years of experience working with Children (ages 11-17)and Adults (18+) with wide range of Mental health diagnosis. Sophia meets the individual where there at and assist them to meet their goals as developed and discussed on their Individualized service plan. She also goes the extra mile to assist the families she is working with to empower them for a brighter future.
